In August their first single 'Ho Hey' became the 10th song to reach the Billboard Hot 100 60 weeks in a row.

Jeremiah Fraites and Wesley Schultz invite Jay Van Dyke into the band
The DJ from KEXP-FM, John Richards found the single 'Ho Hey' and called it the best song of 2012.
Neyla Pekarek was introduced to the Lumineers and is now the vocals, plays the cello and bass.

On April 3rd their first album 'The Lumineers' was released on Dualtone Records.

In August a song called 'Visions of China' was released and played in the 'Walking Dead'
